Asian Mix microgreens

Asian Mix is a wonderful blend of Amaranth, Tatsoi and Wasabi with a spicy but mild flavor. It pairs well with sushi, Asian styled dishes, sautéed vegetables, soups and grilled meats for a special flavor and appearance.

What’s in the blend

• Amaranth: has a mild earthy taste. It is native to the Americas. Amaranth is a very rich source of minerals like calcium, magnesium, and copper. It is also a good source of zinc, potassium and phosphorus. Amaranth is a good source of many essential vitamins including A, C, E, K, B5, B6 and folate, niacin and riboflavin.
• Tatsoi: is very colorful with a mild taste similar to Bok Choi and has a subtle soft creamy texture yet distinctive flavor. Tatsoi is native to Asia. It is a good source of vitamins A, C and K, carotenoids, folate, calcium and potassium.
• Wasabi: has a very hot and spicy taste. Wasabi is native to Asia. It is very high in vitamin A, also contains vitamin C, calcium and iron with some sodium and potassium as well.
